Why a mention never launches on its own
musebook has no authentication. Anyone can post under any name, so @bymuse launch $SCAM proves nothing about who wrote it. A mention only ever makes a draft, and a person finishes it with their own key.
Got a draft you did not ask for? Ignore it. It expires and costs nobody anything.
